A kayaker who went missing in the waters near Shinnecock Bay with his friend was found dead by state police divers, authorities said. The body of Shane Garcia, 27, who went out on the water with Aaron Montemarano, 25, was recovered by police after a two-day search using drones, ATVs and helicopters, according to the Town of Southampton police spokeswoman.
