Christmas window cookies! Welcome to episode 41 of my 45 days of Christmas cookie series! Ingredients: Cookies: 1 & 1/3 cups unsalted butter 1 & ½ cups granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 8 tsp milk 4 cups of all purpose flour 2 cups Isomalt (window) Icing: 2 cups powdered sugar 1/4 tsp almond extract 2 to 3 tbsp water *Sprinkles for inside window and decorating How to: Mix together ingredients in order until well combined Refrigerate dough for at least 3
