The second floor of the Georgina Cole Library is home to one of the largest genealogy collections in Southern California, and it's getting even bigger! The library was recently awarded Affiliate Status for FamilySearch, the largest genealogy association in the world. This means Carlsbad City Library patrons now have more convenient access to over 6 billion searchable names and 2 billion images of genealogical records.
