Not only do they collect and preserve evidence, document and photograph crime scenes, but it is often their testimony in court that allows for successful prosecutions. Last month, we formally recognized our Police Service Officers for their contributions to solving cases and CSI. Through their intentional and meticulous efforts, the PSO’s play a significant role in mee
