February 4th is National Thank A Mail Carrier Day! Now, more than ever, make sure to send thanks to those that make sure our mail arrives in a timely manner. For today, Howard letterpress printed an electrotype (copy of a woodcut) that was made in the 1930s. The image depicts a mail carrier holding a large letter. The text below, set in 30 point Caslon, states, “Thank your mail carrier.” This was printed with red oil base ink using our Washington hand press. We are thankful for our mail carriers
