Your brake fluid is thirsty, literally. 😅 DOT 3/4 fluid absorbs moisture fast, and even a small amount drops its boiling point significantly. We tested it in the shop with BG and watched the “old” fluid boil like water at ~220°. Fresh fluid? Rock solid. No boiling. The more moisture your brake fluid absorbs, the lower the boiling point, and the more brake fade you’ll experience under hard braking. That’s why staying on top of your flushes matters. Moral of the story: Don’t skip your brake flush
