This single malt would be a one-off batch to celebrate the millennium, as Dà Mhìle is Gaelic for 2000. He then worked with Loch Lomond on the first organic single grain, distilled in 2000. Da Mhile -Gaelic for '2000' was commissioned to celebrate the new millennium and is which is acknowledged as the world's first organic whisky approved by the Soil Association. This was distilled and matured in first-fill Tawny Port cask before being bottled in 2021.
