The films are expected to hire 6,515 cast and crew members, as well as 32,000 background performers (measured in days worked), across 1,346 total film days.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is providing a sneak preview Monday of 48 new movie and TV projects that will benefit from the next round of tax credits meant to entice productions to film in the Golden State.

But this round of tax credits is headlined by an untitled Netflix title that will get $20 million in filming subsidies.
