After Gabbard faced a public questioning, two of three senators still on the fence now say they are a 'yes' vote.

A source with knowledge of the proceedings told ABC News that newly confirmed CIA Director John Ratcliffe, former NSA adviser Robert O'Brien and former Sen. Richard Burr, a former Senate Intelligence Committee chairman, have been making calls to senators on Gabbard's behalf. Gabbard has also talked to senators since her hearing, a source said.

The Senate is voting on whether or not Tulsi Gabbard should serve as Director of National Intelligence on Tuesday. Sen. Susan Collins announced she is supporting Gabbard. Gabbard is seen as the most endangered of Trump’s cabinet picks according to AP.
