The Golden State Warriors used a late 12-0 run in the fourth quarter Sunday to put away the Houston Rockets for good, and cap off a 4-3 first-round playoff series that went the distance. Golden State's Buddy Hield - who tied the NBA record for most 3-pointers in a Game 7 - finished the run with (what else) a triple with 2:31 to go in the game after Steph Curry found him wide open in front of the Warriors bench.

Stephen Curry scored 14 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter, Buddy Hield scored 33 points, and the Warriors advanced to the Western Conference semifinals with a 103-89 win over the Rockets in Game 7.

Curry, who has battled through a thumb injury on his shooting hand for weeks now, spoke on the court during the postgame after Golden State advanced to the second round. He was asked for his thoughts on the Warriors' upcoming opponents, the Minnesota Timberwolves, but openly admitted he was unable to muster the mental energy to get into that topic.
