Ahead of his House testimony spotlighting the debate over university expenses, Brown University student Alex Shieh was cleared by the Ivy League school of policy violations.

Brown University has cleared student Alex Shieh as well as the board of The Brown Spectator of allegations that they violated Brown University’s name, licensing, and trademark policies.

The testimony before the Judiciary Committee comes after university disciplinary charges were deemed unfounded.
