Prosecutors haven't announced whether they will seek the death penalty if D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, is convicted.

LAPD homicide detective Corey Farell testified that D4vd singer and Celeste Rivas began their sexual relationship two months after her 13th birthday.

Over the past couple of days,​ prosecutors have called a long list of witnesses to testify, including investigators, law enforcement officers and people who worked with D4vd.
