By Irene Wang TOKYO (Reuters) -Japanese baseball fans hailed Shohei Ohtani's fourth unanimous MVP Award on Friday, calling the Los Angeles Dodgers star a source of national pride and welcome good news amid the economic gloom.

The seventh annual All-MLB team has been revealed, headlined by Aaron Judge, Paul Skenes and Shohei Ohtani on the first team.

Three Dodgers players have been voted to the 2025 All-MLB Team: Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto as designated hitter and pitcher, respectively, for the First Team, with Will Smith as a catcher on the Second Team.
