COLUMBUS, Ohio — Four-star cornerback Jordan Thomas committed to Ohio State on Monday, as the Buckeyes added another blue-chip prospect to their secondary. Thomas, the No. 176 overall prospect and No. 17 cornerback in the 247Sports composite rankings, joins Jakob Weatherspoon as the two corners committed in the 2026 class.

The Michigan Wolverines appeared to be in the running for elite cornerback Jordan Thomas, but that's no longer the case. On Monday, Thomas announced that he had committed to Ohio State, choosing the Buckeyes over the Wolverines and Fighting Irish.

The Ohio State men's lacrosse team got blown out by Notre Dame in the NCAA Tournament and will close the books on the season.
