UFC President Dana White has always assured the fans that the fight would happen and he has finally given a deadline to the fighters. White appeared in an interview with Jim Rome and revealed a decision about the fight was going to be made in the next couple of weeks.

The UFC CEO has always acknowledged that the current UFC heavyweight champion has always been tough to deal with in negotiations, but White is now reaching the point of moving on from a potential title unification bout between Jones and interim champion Tom Aspinall.

Dana White says he expects to have definitive answers regarding Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall in the next couple of weeks and if the fight isn’t happening, the UFC will move on rather quickly.
