ARLINGTON, Texas — The Chicago White Sox are trading first baseman Andrew Vaughn to the Milwaukee Brewers for pitcher Aaron Civale, a source confirmed to the Tribune on Friday morning.

Civale is 1-2 with a 4.91 ERA this season. He has allowed seven runs over 19 innings in four starts since returning from the injured list May 22 after dealing with a strained left hamstring.

Andrew Vaughn, the No. 3 overall pick by the White Sox in 2019 MLB Draft, was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers for pitcher Aaron Civale.
