Yoane Wissa has stepped up his efforts to leave Brentford by deleting all club-related content from his Instagram account as negotiations with Newcastle United drag on and his transfer to Tyneside stalls.
Newcastle have made a new bid worth £35m plus add-ons for Brentford's Yoane Wissa. The add-ons are understood to be worth up to a further £5m which could take the total to £40m. This came after new contact between the two clubs on Wednesday.
Yoane Wissa appears to have wiped all mentions of Brentford and deleted all pictures of him wearing their kit on Instagram in protest at the club’s refusal to let him leave for Newcastle United.
