Walmart is expanding higher-paying pharmacy leadership roles and boosting earning potential for thousands of workers.
In a press release, Walmart said that 3,000 pharmacy technician roles were elevated to operations team lead positions. This in turn has increased their pay from $28 to $22 an hour on an average.
