Four men accused in the stabbing death of a man outside a Chula Vista restaurant more than 20 years ago have been arrested.
Four men have been arrested and are scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for the 2004 murder of Ryan Cunningham.
The arrests come a year after the District Attorney’s Office sought public help in solving slaying of Ryan Cunningham, 22.
