A former gas station clerk who prosecutors said tracked down and fatally shot 36-year-old James Rendon following a burglary at the store in 2024 was convicted by a jury Friday of first-degree murder.
Two men were arrested and one remains at large after a convenience store clerk was threatened with a knife and injured during a robbery, Laredo Police said.
