Being at his first Boston Marathon, Villanova University student Matthew Nawn wanted nothing more than to finish.

When Matthew Nawn collapsed less than 30 feet from the finish line of the Boston Marathon last Monday, the only thing he could think about was finishing before the medics got to him.

Runner Matthew Nawn, of Pennsylvania, was slowly limping toward the finish line on Boylston Street when he fell to his hands and knees just a few feet from the end of the race.Video below ...
