Manhattan federal Judge Dale E. Ho faces the biggest challenge of his young judicial career: deciding whether to end New York Mayor Eric Adams' corruption case.

U.S. District Court Judge Dale Ho was in no rush to dismiss the charges, pushing back against Trump administration officials who argued that Adams needed to be freed from the burden of the case to better assist them in their immigration agenda.

Dale Ho, the judge deciding whether to drop the corruption case against New York City mayor Eric Adams, is a former voting rights lawyer whose nomination to the bench by former Democratic President Joe Biden drew fierce opposition from Republicans.
