The Detroit Tigers beat the Cleveland Guardians 5-0 on Sunday afternoon behind a dominant outing from reigning American League Cy Young winner Tarik Skubal. Sk
Kyle Manzardo started the 10th with a double into the left field corner off Brenan Hanifee (2-2) to score Ramirez, the automatic runner at second, for a 4-3 lead. After Carlos Santana walked, Angel Martinez doubled to score Manzardo. A sacrifice fly by Bo Naylor and single by Nolan Jones ended the scoring.
