Lounge owner James Conner, 39, faces a charge unrelated to the shooting, Sanders said. Detectives interviewed Conner during their investigation of the shooting, then arrested him, alleging he had violated the terms of a domestic violence order, "which prohibits him from possessing firearms."

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — One woman is in the hospital recovering after a reported shooting on Southern Parkway. Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) say an adult woman was shot in the leg Thursday evening on Southern Parkway, and the suspect fled before officers arrived.

A man has been arrested in connection with a Christmas Day shooting in east Louisville that left his roommate in the hospital.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A teenager has been injured after a shooting in southwest Louisville. Officers said they had initially responded to the area of Dover Road and Benoch Avenue following reports of the shooting around 4 p.m. Monday.
