A matchup that Auburn fans have dreamed of is finally becoming a reality, as Auburn football has scheduled a home-and-home series with Notre Dame.

Auburn ranked 90th or lower in the FBS in total offense in two of Freeze’s three seasons -- the third one only lasted six games -- but during the one in which Auburn didn’t, 2024, the Tigers finished 120th in the FBS in turnover margin.

Sumrall sits at the top of the list with a 27% chance to be named the new Auburn coach. Addionally, former Northwestern coach Pat Fitzgerald and James Madison's Bob Chesney are listed among the favorites at Auburn.
