The Supreme Court on Thursday revived a lawsuit from an Ohio woman who​ claimed she was the victim of reverse discrimination.

The justices in a unanimous ruling threw out a lower court's decision rejecting a civil-rights lawsuit by a plaintiff who said she was passed over for a promotion by her gay supervisor in favor of a gay woman and demoted in favor of a gay man.
