Texier continues to turn heads on the Canadiens top line
Expectations might have been low among Montreal Canadiens fans when the team signed Alexandre Texier as a free agent this past November.
The third-place squad in the Eastern Conference, the Montreal Canadiens (24-13-6), host the 10th-ranked Florida Panthers (22-17-3) at Bell Centre on Thursday at 7 p.m. ET. Florida suffered a 4-1 defeat on the road its last time out on Jan. 6 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
