The 29-year-old Udinski comes to Jacksonville after spending three years working under Vikings coach Kevin O'Connell and getting two promotions. He started as assistant to the head coach/special projects before becoming assistant quarterbacks coach in 2023 and then assistant offensive coordinator last year.

The Jaguars hired Grant Udinski as the team's offensive coordinator last night. He's only 29 years old, but was a quick study. Here's what to know:

The Jacksonville Jaguars are adding a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant to their coaching staff under Liam Coen. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Jaguars are hiring John Van Dam as their pass game specialist.

That's exactly what has happened with Liam Coen and the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags have been relentless in their quest to recruit members of the Buccaneers coaching staff and front office to head north to Duval County and join Coen as he assembles his staff as a first time head coach.

When the Jacksonville Jaguars first hired Liam Coen to be their new head coach for the 2025 season, and hopefully beyond that, I think many people instantly got very excited. And, that's okay, that's normal and completely expected.
