Officials say the former student who killed nine students and a teacher at a school in Austria and then took his own life planned the attack in detail.

Officials in Austria say a school shooting has left at least nine people dead in the European nation's second largest city, Graz. The shooter is also dead.

Ten people were killed in a mass shooting at a high school in Graz, the country’s second-largest city, the police said. The gunman also died, in an apparent suicide.
