France paid an emotional tribute on Thursday to 130 people killed 10 years ago during a rampage by Islamic State gunmen and suicide bombers targeting cafes, restaurants and the Bataclan concert hall.

Sophie Dias fought back tears outside the Stade de France Thursday as she described living with what she called “a void that never closes” since the night her father became the first person killed in France’s deadliest peacetime attack,
