Manufacturer to the stars Foxconn is building so many AI servers that they’re now bringing in more cash than consumer electronics – even counting the colossal quantity of iPhones it creates for Apple.

Taiwanese manufacturer Foxconn generated more revenue from the production and sale of AI servers than it did from consumer electronics, including iPhones, the company’s Q2 2025 earnings revealed.

Hon Hai Technology Group, better known as Foxconn, is reporting that its second-quarter profits climbed due to its AI server sales, which are now making up the largest portion of revenue for the electronics giant, surpassing smartphones as its top revenue source.
