James Gunn Confirms Multiple Stalled DCU Projects
At a press event on Friday, DC Studios co-heads James Gunn and Peter Safran talked up their progress on their "Gods and Monsters" slate of releases, but not everything is going as planned. At least two of the planned TV series and two of the planned films have hit roadblocks.

DC Studios boss James Gunn said that it was "very unlikely" (via Variety) and "certainly not the plan" (via Collider) that Robert Pattinson would play Batman in upcoming The Brave and the Bold. But, "I wouldn’t rule anything out," Gunn added. "He could show up in something else. But the actor doesn’t exist [yet]."
