‘The Traitors’ is opening its doors to everyday people. Here’s how you can join the TV competition
LOS ANGELES (AP) — The U.S. version of “ The Traitors ” has brought a group of public figures to a castle in the Scottish Highlands for a game of deceit, with hundreds of thousands of dollars up for grabs. Now, the Emmy award-winning competition will open its doors to everyday people.
The Traitors' all-civilian edition, a pivot from their previous reality star-stocked seasons, is in the works.
While the past two seasons of the Peacock reality series have featured only celebrity contestants, a new version for civilians is coming to NBC. In fact, the network is now accepting applications at https://www.thetraitorsus.com/.

Civilians are coming to The Traitors US. Ahead of the fourth season featuring an all-celebrity cast, NBC has ordered a spin-off featuring normal people as contestants. Alan Cumming will return as host of the Peacock series set in the Scottish Highlands.
